Bearing and Roll Bearing

General Information on Bearings

The manufacturers and consumers of bearing are consider a specific series of the producers’ size due to some issues including price, quality, and the ease of changing. The sizes of bearings are determined by ISO international institute. External diameter of radialroll borings (with the exception of the cone roll boring) is according to a series of 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, 9, 8, and 7 (in ascending order) and determined by the standards. For each diameter series, a series is determined based on the size of the width of bearing. This series consists of 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, and 8 (respectively by increase of width). Height series in the round cross bearings is 2, 4, 6, and 7 (in ascending order). It is worth mentioning that the company is relying on scientific and practical experiences and it is ready to provide consulting service about the usage of ball bearings and lubricants so that it can have a share in maintenance of the national capital and development and enhancement of the capabilities and improve the quality of the industries.

There is no doubt that the challenges in the market and distrust of consumers in the quality of the bearings provide a lot of concerns. The lack of awareness about the quality of the bearings among the consumers and even some of the distributors led our company to provide a solution for testing the bearings.

The bearings have 2 roles in rotating machines.

They are:

  1. They hold the axis so that prevent its shaking and vibration inside the body.
  2. They prevent the lateral motion and the collision of the movable and fixed parts of the axis

Based on the load that occurs on the bearings, they are divided in 3 categories:

  1. Radial
  2. Axial
  3. Radial – Axial

The bearings are divided in 3 groups based on internal structure:

  1. Sliding Contact Bearing
  2. Rolling Bearing
  3. Magnetic Bearing

Various fixed bearings are as follows:

SN- SNL–SOFN–SONL–UCP–UCF–UCT- UCFL
